圣圆集运站深回填土灌注桩设计

摘要: 圣圆集运站作为煤炭运销环节的一个关键的部分,也是公路集中、铁路外运的中间环节,土建结构是该系统中各种运输环节的载体,是各种设备运转的前提。针对该项目地处河谷回填区域,回填土层厚度20m以上,不适宜建造构筑物,为了保证项目顺利实施,拟采用灌注桩穿透回填区,根据实际工况比较了灌注桩与嵌岩桩的适用性,计算分析了栈桥支腿两种计算模型下桩基的承载力差异,通过理论分析结合静压试验数据,得出了端承摩擦桩更适合该项目工况。

Abstract: Sheng Yuan freight station is not only a key part of the coal distribution links, but also the road concentration and rail transport of the intermediate links. Civil structure is the carrier of the various transport links in the system. in addition is a prerequisite for the operation of various equipment. Because the project is located in the valley backfill area, backfill thickness is more than 20m, not suitable for building constructions. in order to ensure the progress of the project, we decide to use Cast-in-place pile which Penetrate the backfill area. In order to determine the calculation of the end bearing friction pile and the rock socketed pile which is more suitable for the actual conditions. Calculating and Analyzing the trestle legs bearing capacity difference between two calculation models. Through theoretical analysis combined with static pressure test data. It is concluded that the end bearing friction pile is more suitable for the actual working condition of the project.
